1. Return Eligibility

• Opened, used, or tampered products

• Products purchased during sales or special promotions

• Change of mind or personal dislike of fragrance/texture

We only accept returns or exchanges if:
 You received a damaged product
 The product was defective
 You received the wrong product

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you’ve received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by following these steps:

2. Include your order number, product details, and clear photos of the item and packaging

3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours

3. Return Approval Process

• Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or request you to ship the product back.

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with seals intact.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our quality team.

• Refunds are made via the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchanges

• If eligible, we will arrange for a replacement product to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order or before they are processed.

• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
