Shipping Policy

At Aquella, we are dedicated to delivering your favorite skincare products quickly, safely, and reliably. We know how exciting it is to receive your order, and we work hard to ensure every delivery arrives on time and in perfect condition.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receiving your confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.


2. Shipping Time

  • Standard Delivery (India): 4-7 business days

  • Express Delivery (India): 2-4 business days (available at checkout)

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • FREE Shipping on all orders above ₹999

  • For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping charge of ₹79 applies.

  • Express shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with your tracking details. You can easily track your order status anytime on our website or via the tracking link provided.

6. Damaged or Missing Products

We take great care in packaging your skincare products. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.


7. Delayed Delivery

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please reach out to us, and we will assist you in tracking or resolving the delay.


8. Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address? Please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed, we won’t be able to make changes.
